Needle & Glow makes accessing the world of wellness easy by working with insurance. See if we accept your insurance by filling out the verification form on this page. Once benefits are established, someone from our office will contact you with options and information.
Who are we in network with?
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. BCBS coverage varies widely by plan. Please submit your information with the form provided so we can check your coverage before your first appointment to see if you might be eligible. We will keep a credit card on file and automatically process any deductible, coinsurance or co-pay you might be responsible for each visit.
Do you bill out of network?
If you have any other insurance provider than BCBS, we are considered out of network. We will collect cash payment at time of service and give you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Do you accept HSA?
Yes, we accept HSA. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
Do you take Medicare or Medicaid?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time.
